First entry to Ditzy's daily challenge.

This was my entry to the daily challenge on Ditzy-Craftymess facebook group. I enjoyed it but was most definately a tough challenge...mainly coz my son was trying to hinder me the best he could! The stamp I used is by Anna Griffin and is part of a set. I should have mentioned that on yesterday's post, in case anyone thought I could draw that well. I wish I could lol.

W.O.Y.W.W. no.138

Hello folks. Well I wish there was a new worktop photo for What's on your workdesk wednesday? but have been under the weather since the last one. My son and I caught colds after attending our local Sure Start centre. I did develop my sketch a little. My brain does tend to hop from one idea to another though. Sometimes I think is a curse.

This afternoon I started yet another new little project even though I have some urgent cards to finish. I just can't help it. I was drawn in by the day's challenge at Ditzy-Craftymess.This is my working page and will need to pick a favourite image to colour and mount.

W.O.Y.W.W. no.137

I'm onto my second page of sketching, so this is the main new thing on my worktop for What's on your wordesk wednesday? Otherwise it's general supplies which have been restacked again. This morning I dug out my old doodles colouring books which are aimed at children. The cover image of book 1 caught my eye as is layered hexagons which I think will probably influence my ideas of the moment. Julia Dunnit's blog is the place to go for other workdesk wednesday participants. Plenty to look at and the boss herself is great.

A new sketch

I don't often do sketching, I just get on with working with paper. In this case though because positioning is key I have been working on some geometric designs on squared paper.

W.O.Y.W.W. no.136

Nothing terribly exciting or new here on my worktop for What's on your workdesk wednesday. In fact I've been trying to clear it of the tools and products I use which got precariously balanced on my son's little land. The top has projects I need to finish or put away properly too.

Inspiration points and Going Buggy Challenge.

Am finding my phone a useful tool for recording inspiration quickly and easily. Here are a few snaps.

Yesterday I started thinking about what I wanted to do for Enfys' blog challenge, see here. As there's a chance to win some pro-markers I just had to use my latest favoured technique of colouring peel-off backing paper, to see if could work for a card topper. Will need more layers of different media so is a work in progress.

New background etc. for my blog.

Woohoo I've finally got round to changing my blog header etc. I got my background and header from leeloublogs and then tinkered with the text using photoshop. I'm fairly happy with it but I know could do more with it, but will do for now.
It's taken up my spare time for today not that there's much of that. I don't know if will get round my favourite blog of the moment Stamping ground. Is by Julia Dunnit and it's where I found the info. to get a freebie background.
The rest of the time is taken up by this little munchkin.

Happy New Year!  As this is the first 'What's on your workdesk wednedsday' of the year I am showing a few pics. as not been able to get them on the last fortnight. I've been mainly working on outstanding ATC's and making little boxes up by K&Co. I can't afford any grip seal bags at the mo. so will make do with boxes to put my tiny scraps in. If anyone who is reading this does'nt know,Teabag Folding is my main crafty technique and there's always lots of bits of paper flying about! My baby can pick up the tiniest of crumbs so i'm having to find ways to store everything better. Please take a look at Julia Dunnit 's blog if want to find out how to take part in W.O.Y.W.W.
